INGREDIENTS
- 500 g pasta (Pastalonci for girls and boys)
- 4 eggs
- 1 l milk
- 250 g fresh cow’s cheese
- 200 ml sour cream
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable seasoning
PREPARATION
In a large bowl, gently mix the eggs, then add milk, cheese, sour cream, vegetable seasoning, and salt.
Add the uncooked pasta to the mixture and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
Pour the prepared mixture into a baking dish. Bring to a boil briefly, then bake in the oven at 170°C for about 40 minutes.
