Corn with Pasta and Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g durum fusilli tricolore
  • 500 g sweet corn
  • 300 g ham
  • 250 g pickles
  • 1 container of sour cream
  • Mayonnaise (to taste)

PREPARATION

Cook the pasta. Boil the sweet corn briefly in boiling water for 5–10 minutes. Cut the ham and pickles into small cubes. Mix the pasta, corn, ham, and pickles together. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise, and stir well. The amount of mayonnaise can be adjusted to taste. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
