Ingredients
- Durum penne rigate – 400 g
- Butter – 50 g
- Oil – 0.5 dl
- Cheese – 300 g
- Onion – 100 g
- Ground pork – 250 g
- Sour cream – 2 dl
- Paprika
- Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Cook the pasta and mix it with a little melted butter. In oil, sauté the finely chopped onion, then add the ground pork. Season with salt, pour in a little water, and add paprika and pepper. Mix, cover, and simmer until the meat is tender.
Grease a deep baking dish with butter, pour in half of the pasta, sprinkle half of the crumbled cheese, and then cover with the cooked meat. Add the remaining cheese, then cover everything with the rest of the pasta. Pour sour cream on top and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature.
